Yen Binh concentrated information technology industrial park was built on a scale of 200ha, located in two communes of Thai Nguyen province.
In October 2020, the Government approved the addition of Yen Binh concentrated information technology park – phase 1 with a scale of 200 hectares to the master plan on development of the concentrated IT park until 2020, with a vision to 2025.
Recently, Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2756 on August 24 on approving the consortium of Star Viet Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd and Winter Palace Joint Stock Company as investors. These are also two member companies of Tan Hoang Minh Group.
Accordingly, the first phase of the project has a scale of 200ha, the total investment is estimated at more than 2,957 billion VND. The project implementation location is Tien Phong commune, Pho Yen town and Nga My commune, Phu Binh district, Thai Nguyen province. The project duration is 50 years.
The project is located in the heart of 5 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Vinh Yen, 50km from Noi Bai Airport, 120km from Hai Phong port, 130km from Lang Son border gate. At the same time, the industrial park is also included in the overall planning of Yen Binh urban, industrial, agricultural and service complex, belonging to Tien Phong commune, Pho Yen town and Nga My commune, Phu Binh district, Thai province. This area is forming a synchronous transportation system, including road, air, railway, and waterway. The Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway and the Hanoi 5 ring road are being formed running through and intersecting at Yen Binh intersection, near Noi Bai International Airport; Pho Yen railway station and regional river port are located in the project area. In particular, the project has been allowed by the Government to set up an extended airport warehouse and Thai Nguyen Customs Branch.

In the future, Yen Binh concentrated information technology park will be the nucleus in connecting and supporting high-tech projects of Yen Binh complex, first of all, Samsung high-tech complex.
