Investment project on construction and infrastructure business of Industrial Park No. 03 in Hung Yen has just been approved for investment by Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh.
This is one of three projects added to the plan by the Prime Minister in July last year. Investors include: TDH Ecoland Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, Japan Construction Management Joint Stock Company, and Viet Connection Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.
The project is located in 3 communes: Hong Tien (Khoai Chau district), Ly Thuong Kiet (Yen My district) and Xuan Truc (An Thi district). The project scale is 159.71 hectares with a total investment of nearly 2,310 billion VND (equivalent to 99.3 million USD), of which the investor’s contributed capital is 392.7 billion VND, equivalent to 16.9 million USD. .
The project implementation schedule must not exceed 36 months from the date of land handover by the State. The project duration is 50 years.
The Deputy Prime Minister requires investors to set up foreign-invested enterprises to carry out investment and business in industrial real estate. Participating investors must contribute enough capital and on time to establish an economic organization to implement the project, ensuring the progress of the project. In addition, enterprises must deposit to implement the project and pay a sum of money to protect and develop rice land in accordance with the law.
During the implementation process, if minerals are found with a higher value than minerals used as common building materials, the investor must report it to the relevant authorities for handling.
Hung Yen province coordinates with investors to implement compensation and site clearance plans. At the same time, the province must implement solutions related to the life of workers in the industrial park, including the plan to build houses, social works… for workers; job support and vocational training for people whose land has been recovered; implement land acquisition in accordance with the project schedule and attract investment to minimize the impact on people…
